March Steering Meeting Logistics Document

ATTENTION: Network Steering Committee and FAC Members

Save the date! The logistics for the annual Network Steering Committee/Family Advisory Committee meeting (March 7th, 2018 in Washington, DC) are posted on the website. Logistics document can be found here: add the URL to the news & announcements page that corresponds with this announcement.

As detailed in the logistics document, please review funding mechanisms for this meeting prior to booking travel. Participants of this meeting include: 2 Steering Committee members from each site (1 clinical and 1 research representative); 1 Family Advisory Committee member per site; and Coordinator Committee Co-Chairs. If you have a question about meeting attendees for your site, please email Audrey.

Invited participants received an RSVP email last week and should make travel arrangements now. Hotel reservations will be made by the CCC using information provided in an RSVP survey. Please complete the Survey Monkey RSVP found in the logistics document by Friday, January 12th, 2018.
