The logistics for the annual Network Steering Committee/Family Advisory Committee meeting (April 27-28, 2017) are posted below. We are excited to announce that we were able to allocate funds for the Family Advisory Committee to join the Steering Committee meeting once again! See attached logistics document for additional information.
As detailed in the attachment, the 2017 Steering Committee meeting is funded differently from previous meetings. Please review the attached logistics document before booking travel. Participants from sites will include: 2 Steering members from each site (one clinical and one research representative); one Family Advisory Committee member per site; and Coordinator Committee Co-Chairs.
Invited participants should make travel arrangements now. Hotel reservations will be made by the CCC using information provided in the logistics document. Please complete the survey monkey found in the attached document by Friday, Feburary 3, 2017.
