We hope you will take advantage of the AS ATN Registry data as you plan your submissions. The Request for Data (RFD, formerly known as RFA) is available on the Network website under the Clinicians & Researchers heading in the left navigation menu. The RFD submission form includes a Researcher Distribution Agreement, which is required for any new request (once per user, annually). This online RFD form also includes an attestation that the requester has reviewed and agreed to the Network publication policies and acknowledgement guidelines, which can be found in the online Manual of Procedures, Chapter 13.
Here are 3 critical reminders as you plan your IMFAR submission:
1. Please remember that our statisticians at the MGH Biostatistics Data Coordinating Center are available to support this activity. Your RFD is electronically routed to the biostatistics team upon submission. Start planning your submissions now!
2. All planned submissions require formal review by our Network Scientific Review Committee (SRC). This review process takes a minimum of 2 weeks, so please plan accordingly. Each abstract must include: Title, Author name(s), Page #s
3. Abstracts must be submitted to the Clinical Coordinating Center – Brian Winklosky (email@example.com; phone 617-643-1036)
4. Acknowledgement statements can be found on the Network website under the “Tools & Templates” heading in the right navigation menu.
